Rakhi festival was just before I left for India and Onam festival came right after I came back from India. But since I was away, I celebrated both the festivals on the same day by wearing the lovely rakhis sent by Amisha and Ananya and then going to my friend Arya's place to make a flower bed for Onam which I am told is a harvest festival from the part of India, Arya comes from.
