On April 26, I did not go to school because Amma signed me up for Bring Your Kids to Work Day which was fun. Here are some of the things that I did at the World Bank: First, I saw the big bosses. They told us what the World Bank does and how many people are poor in the world - 1.1 billion. Also we were told how the world bank is helping poor people and what do all the parents do at the World Bank.
Next, I met my friend Filip and went to take the fire safety lesson. We learned that if our clothes are on fire you have to stop, drop and roll.
Last I went to a kitchen tour and went on a fancy limo bus to the another office building called IFC to eat popsicle and dance to the music from all over the world. Amma's Zumba teacher taught us the dance. His name is Mr. Julian. Also for lunch I had hot dogs and chips and I met Amma's office colleagues.
