Last weekend was all about picnics. On Saturday I went for a picnic with Amma-Baba and Oma-Dadu to a park called Great Falls and on Sunday I went for a picnic with some of my school friends to a park called Cabin John.
In Great Falls we went on a very interesting boat ride. The boat went through a very narrow canal and was actually being pulled by two mules!!! No motor/engine for the boat.. but mules!
Plus in one place called the lock a lot of water rushed in to move the boat up by 8 feet in the water to be able to go upstream in the canal. It was fascinating for me to experience this one of a kind boat ride.
