My First Weekend Getaway

It was travel time again when I turned 3 months old. Can you believe it's already been 3 months?

This was a fun trip. I got to do a lot of firsts on it:

• My first lake front picnic - we stopped at Hessian lake in the Bear mountain on the way out of town. It was good to stretch and eat alongside a lake after spending an hour or so in the car seat.
• My first overnight trip - We stayed out for a whole two nights in the Catskills mountains. No other houses or people anywhere near us !
  
• My first log cabin - A whole house made out of this thing called wood?? Who would have thunk it!
• My first rain - The sky decided to wash everything! There was just soo much water falling and falling and falling...
• My first travel bed - it even came with a mesh top to keep the bugs (or parents) away from me.
• My first stop at Woodstock - trippy trip right there man :-)
