October 30 was an exciting day. It was an exciting day because it was Amma‘s birthday. Amma‘s birthday was also the day before Halloween so there was a lot of excitement going around in the house.
After waking up in the morning I wished Amma happy birthday 42 times because she was turning 42. Then I ran downstairs and while Amma took a shower Baba and I prepared the cake. I took out the surprise card that I had made for Amma and put it on top of the gift that Baba had given her. I had made a Minecraft card which Amma loved.
After she came downstairs from her shower we cut the cake and sang happy birthday to her.
After a breakfast of cake I went upstairs for virtual school. For lunch we went to a club that Amma has membership at. For lunch I had a grilled cheese sandwich with an added bacon inside and a side of fries. I was 10 minutes late to math class so we had to rush home and wash our hands 🙌🏿. After school I met my friend Dominic in our Halloween costumes. We went for a drive through trick-or-treating at a place near Dominic‘s house where they gave us a bag full of candy. Then we went for another trick-or-treating drive-through that my school had arranged in the neighborhood. There were middle school and high school schoolers who were trying to scare us. Lots of houses were decorated as haunted houses. Then we ordered Italian food for dinner and I had my first ever lasagna! I thought that the lasagna tasted amazing. After dinner we had more cake for dessert with some ice cream as a side.
In conclusion I had an awesome time on Amma‘s birthday.
