Last Saturday Amma, Baba, Thatha, and I drove up to the mountains to spend the day hiking and also see the autumn leaves which had all turned yellow, red, and orange.
Although I have been to these mountains before this was my first time hiking all by myself instead of being carried on a bag pack. This was also the first time Thatha was hiking with us up in these mountains.
I had a lot of fun going up and down the hills hiking for 1.5 miles, watching chipmunks on trees and jumping of pile of leaves that had fallen all over...
Take a look at these pictures from our fun day trip. Both Thatha and I went up and down without stopping in the middle other than a short snack break at the peak of the trail.
